Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am committed to providing compassionate, personalized, and patient-centered mental health care in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to help individuals improve their emotional well-being, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve a better quality of life.

My clinical interests include the assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, insomnia, stress management, and other mental health concerns. I believe every individual deserves to be heard, respected, and involved in decisions regarding their treatment.

My approach emphasizes understanding each person's unique experiences, identifying individual strengths, and developing treatment plans tailored to their needs and goals. I strive to build trusting therapeutic relationships and support clients as they navigate life's challenges and work toward lasting emotional wellness.

Whether you are seeking help for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I welcome the opportunity to support you with compassionate, individualized care. Taking the first step can be difficult, but you do not have to navigate it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, patient-centered, and collaborative. I believe every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. I take the time to understand each client's unique experiences, concerns, and treatment goals so that we can develop a personalized plan that supports their mental, emotional, and overall well-being.

My approach includes evidence-based treatment, medication management when appropriate, education about mental health, and practical strategies to manage symptoms and build healthy coping skills. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their challenges and actively participating in their care.

My goal is to empower each client to recognize their strengths, improve their quality of life, and work toward lasting emotional wellness. I believe that healing is a collaborative journey, and I am committed to supporting each person with empathy, respect, and individualized care every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your concerns and experiences. My priority is to get to know you, understand what brings you to seek care, and learn about your mental health history, current symptoms, personal strengths, and treatment goals.

We will discuss your concerns, review relevant medical and mental health history, and explore how your symptoms may be affecting your daily life. Together, we will identify your needs and discuss personalized treatment options, which may include medication management, coping strategies, lifestyle modifications, and referrals for additional support when appropriate.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions, express your concerns, and participate in decisions about your care. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and encouraged, with a clearer understanding of the next steps toward improving your mental health and overall well-being. You do not have to have everything figured out before your first appointment; we will work together, one step at a time.
