Great to meet you!

For more than 17 years, I have had the privilege of working as a Licensed Professional Counselor supporting individuals, teens, and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can talk openly, gain new perspectives, and develop practical tools to manage stress, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and actively involved in the process. Together we will explore the challenges you’re facing, identify patterns that may be contributing to stress or anxiety, and develop realistic strategies to help you move forward with greater confidence and balance.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques to help clients build effective coping skills, improve communication, and create meaningful change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what has brought you to therapy. You will have the opportunity to share your concerns, ask questions, and talk about what you hope to gain from counseling.

I will also ask some questions to better understand your experiences, current challenges, and goals. Together we will begin identifying areas to focus on and discuss how therapy can support you moving forward.
