Great to meet you!

My passion for mental health led me to complete a master's degree in psychology. I then built upon my counseling skills by pursuing a second master's in marriage and family therapy. I support clients facing a variety of life stressors and psychological concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and relationship issues. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder.

My approach to therapy

I utilize strength-based and goal-oriented approaches to develop treatment plans that are individualized to meet each client’s unique needs.

You will be able to process your thoughts and feelings, learn to cope with your current challenges more effectively, and discover the necessary tools that will help you achieve your desired outcomes.

What you can expect from me

I would like to commend you for taking a significant step toward better health and well-being. During our first session, we will begin to develop our therapeutic rapport by getting to know you. I will provide you with a safe and supportive space while we collaborate to find a path that works specifically for you.

I look forward to meeting you and providing you with guidance to create lasting, meaningful change.
