Great to meet you!

I credit my refined skillset to my robust training at the nation’s most prestigious health institutions including M.D. Anderson cancer center, National Institute of Health (NIH), National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), and Substance Abuse and Mental Heath Services Administration (SAMHSA) that have generated a highly specialized clinical approach that illuminates specialities in clinical, health, addiction, and counseling psychology.

My approach to therapy

I champion the delicate balance of the mind body connection through a holistic and science-supported approach. Furthermore, I use a collaborative, respectful approach grounded in social constructivism — which simply means I believe our life experiences shape how we understand ourselves and the world. With the right support those narratives can shed and grow in empowering and healing ways.

What you can expect from me

You can expect:

  • A safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences
  • Trauma-informed, culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ affirming care

  • An emphasis on helping you not just cope — but transform
