Great to meet you!

Hello! Welcome. Please call the office to schedule at 352-703-6341.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish), board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 13 years of experience in healthcare. My diverse clinical and leadership background includes community mental health, acute medical care, behavioral health case management, home health, and nursing leadership.

I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from South College in Tennessee and hold a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Health Services Administration from Barry University.

I treat adolescents (12+) and adults I have a particular interest in women’s mental health, ADHD, depression, anxiety, stress management, and sleep disorders.

For those who are interested, I also offer an integrative approach to mental health care that explores the intersection of Christian faith and neuroscience. This is completely optional and is available for patients who wish to incorporate their faith and spiritual values into their mental health journey while continuing to receive evidence-based psychiatric treatment

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and grounded in evidence-based treatment. I work collaboratively with my patients, and when appropriate, with families and other healthcare providers, to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each person’s unique needs, values, goals, and circumstances. I respect people of all backgrounds and beliefs and strive to provide care that honors each person’s experiences and perspectives.

What you can expect from me

You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong or what you need before walking through our doors. That’s what we’re here to figure out alongside you.

Your first visit is simply a gentle conversation—a chance to share what you’ve been carrying and where you’d like things to be different.

Initial appointments are 90 minutes and include a comprehensive assessment of your health history, current symptoms, and individual needs, along with personalized, solution-focused guidance to support your treatment goals.
