Great to meet you!

My name is Ezgi Rozenshteyn, and I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California and Florida. My own experience navigating life's

challenges shaped my compassionate, client-centered approach. I work with adults and couples on anxiety, depression, relationship issues,

trauma, grief or loss, OCD, and ADHD, drawing on evidence-based cognitive and behavioral strategies suited to what you're facing. Many

clients are managing more than one of these at once, and together we break that into pieces you can act on. You can expect practical tools

you can use right away, a collaborative space to build self-awareness, and steady support as you work toward the changes that matter most to

you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is empathetic, solution-focused, and adaptable. I believe therapy should be customized to fit each individual’s unique needs, which is why I integrate various evidence-based methods. I primarily utilize cognitive & behavioral strategies to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns while fostering greater psychological flexibility. My goal is to support you in finding strategies that work best for you, helping you lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while empowering you to manage challenges effectively. You'll leave sessions with strategies to cope with anxiety, break unhelpful patterns, and build greater self-awareness and self-compassion. Over time, you'll feel more confident in navigating stress and creating lasting, positive change.
