Great to meet you!

Welcome,

I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to navigate this alone. I am Eziaha Ihediwah a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and I specialize in working with individuals dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and eating disorder, this is a space where you will be heard, respected, and taken seriously. Your experiences matter, and your care will be tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all plan.

Your role in this process Healing is a partnership. You’ll always have space to ask questions, express concerns, and be involved in decisions about your care. Progress may take time, but we will move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

If you ever feel overwhelmed between visits, please reach out. Support is available, and you deserve consistent care.

I look forward to working with you and supporting you toward stability, clarity, and improved quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients can explore their experiences, identify patterns, and develop effective coping skills. Care is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. I will take time to understand your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals before making any decisions together.

I incorporate therapy-informed strategies (such as cognitive-behavioral approaches, coping skills, and lifestyle support) and medication management when appropriate. I view healing as a process, and I work alongside each client to support growth, deepen self-awareness, and foster self-compassion—recognizing that every individual’s journey is unique.

What you can expect from me

What to expect from your care

Clients can expect each session to feel validating, supportive, and empowering. Together, we focus on building practical tools to manage anxiety, stress, mood issues, ADHD, depression, family dynamics, trauma, and challenges with self-worth. Many leave with clearer insight, actionable strategies they can apply in daily life, and a stronger sense of direction. Whether it’s developing healthier boundaries, recognizing emotional triggers, or learning new coping skills, the goal is to help you gradually regain a sense of control over your mental health—at a pace that feels right for you.
