Great to meet you!

I've spent 15 years helping people stop circling the same patterns and actually change them. I'm warm, direct and honest - I'll hold space for your pain and challenge you to move through it. We won't just manage symptoms, we'll go deep to the root. I'll help you see yourself clearly, sit with what is hard, and build something different.

My approach to therapy

My approach is based in relational psychodynamic theory. I pay attention to what unfolds between us - how you relate to me often mirrors patterns in your own life. Through a consistent, trust-based relationship we explore your emotional struggles, attachment patterns, and the places where you keep spiraling - until these tensions begin to soften

What you can expect from me

I show up differently depending on what you need in that moment. Sometimes I'm quiet, listening deeply. Sometimes I'll play with metaphor or get detail-oriented with problem-solving. I can be funny when it fits. What's constant is my full presence - I'm here attuned to exactly what's happening for you and what's happening between us.
