Great to meet you!

I have trainings in trauma-focused therapies and can hold space even for the most sensitive and personal experiences people have lived. Having worked with survivors of sex trafficking, labor trafficking, and commercially sexually exploited children, I've learned to have real, down to earth, no taboo conversations in a kind, open-minded sensitive way. I am also a Faculty Therapist at San Diego State University providing individual therapy to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as take part in the training of new therapists.

My approach to therapy

I'm trained in modern trauma-focused therapies such as EMDR and TF-CBT, and have been helping young adults (young at heart, too) treat traumas for over 7 years. Working with me, I will not make you talk about something you're not ready to. We'll take the time needed, be curious and ask questions to explore that past that's still hurting and heal it.

What you can expect from me

I've been fortunate to hear unfiltered, personal stories of my clients. My clients usually feel surprised oh how much they've been holding on to for so long and begin to experience relieve of letting go of the past and liberate that better version of themselves that' been caged. If you feel ready to start the self-discovery journey, and want to explore my style further, visit my website and text/email to schedule a free no-commitment phone call.
