Hi! My name is Fabby Cunningham, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting adults navigating complex mental health concerns, high-acuity psychiatric needs, and life transitions. My background includes inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, crisis intervention, and care coordination, with a particular focus on geriatric populations and individuals with complex psychiatric needs. (Population diagnose: Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Anxiety and Depression)

My approach is compassionate, direct, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals, build on their strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

During our first session, we will take time to understand your concerns, personal history, current challenges, and goals for therapy. I will complete a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment to better understand your emotional well-being, relationships, life experiences, and support systems. Together, we will identify initial treatment goals, discuss recommendations for therapy frequency, and develop a safety plan when clinically indicated. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of the next steps in your care.
