I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, family issues, relationships, and personal development.

My areas of expertise are in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, mood disorders, OCD and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am a certified Trauma Focus (TFCBT) therapist. I am certified as a Parent Trainer Educator.
