I’m a trauma-informed therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, burnout, and life transitions. I identify as a Latina therapist and a child of immigrants.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and mindfulness to help you better understand yourself and the patterns that may be showing up in your life.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a sense of safety and comfort. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you in, your background, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy—but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once or have the “right” words.
My goal is to create a space that feels relaxed, supportive, and nonjudgmental. We’ll move at your pace, and by the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of what working together might look like and whether it feels like a good fit for you.
