Great to meet you!
Therapy doesn’t have to start with having all the answers. Sometimes, it starts with simply wanting to feel better, understand yourself a little more, or have a safe space to talk about what you’re going through.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Oncology Social Worker (OSW-C) with over six years of experience supporting children, young adults, adults, and families. My background includes psychotherapy, clinical social work, crisis intervention, and providing support in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings. I have a particular interest in supporting women and individuals navigating infertility, cultural concerns, serious illness, grief, anxiety, and major life transitions.
As a bilingual English and Spanish speaking clinician, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and judgment free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, while also giving you practical tools to help you work through challenges and recognize your strengths. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I’m here to meet you where you are and support you along the way.
