This approach emphasizes starting with the least intensive, yet effective, level of support and scaling care as necessary, allowing for a more personalized, efficient, and responsive therapeutic process.

Beginning with the least intensive intervention encourages self-efficacy and personal growth, helping clients build skills and confidence in managing their challenge.
