Great to meet you!

Building my private practice is something I have worked toward for years, motivated by a genuine belief that mental health care should feel personal and unhurried. With my background in nursing and advanced practice, I bring both clinical depth and a natural curiosity to every session. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I take time to understand what each person is carrying before we figure out the path forward together. Telehealth allows me to meet you where you are, so geography is never a barrier to getting the support you deserve.

My approach to therapy

I approach each session as a collaboration. I ask a lot of questions because understanding your full picture matters as much as the presenting concern. My goal is to help you feel genuinely heard first, and then work together toward something that fits your real life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is mostly a conversation. I want to know what brought you here and what you are hoping for. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. We will talk through your concerns, I will ask about your background, and together we will decide what next steps make sense for you.
