Great to meet you!

I’m Fairy a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and clinical psychotherapist dedicated to providing trauma-informed, clinically grounded care for individuals, couples, and adolescents. I believe that meaningful healing begins in a space where clients feel emotionally safe, understood, and supported without judgment. I take a steady, collaborative approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and working at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

My approach to therapy

My work specializes in trauma recovery, attachment-based therapy, and relationship healing. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and attachment-informed interventions to help clients process unresolved trauma, reduce emotional reactivity, and develop healthier patterns of connection. I work with individuals who have experienced childhood and adult trauma, narcissistic abuse, relational wounds, depression, anxiety, and alcohol-related coping patterns, as well as couples navigating trust injuries and communication challenges.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I take a collaborative and empowering approach. While I address the deeper roots of trauma and relational patterns, I also help clients build effective coping skills and practical tools for emotional regulation, boundary setting, and relational safety. My goal is not only to support symptom relief, but to help clients strengthen resilience, increase self-understanding, and create more secure and connected lives.
