Great to meet you!

While we may not be familiar with each other, we share a common humanity and have both navigated numerous challenges throughout our lives. As your therapist, it is my privilege to provide guidance and support as you overcome adversity and work towards achieving your healing goals, ultimately embracing a path of joy and fulfillment. With two decades of experience, I specialize in trauma, serving children ages 3+, teenagers, and adults of all ages, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster growth and resilience. I am a compassionate and empathetic individual who recognizes the importance of mental health and is committed to assisting you in realizing your full potential and achieving optimal well-being.

My approach to therapy

My conception of an optimal therapeutic relationship is a collaborative partnership founded upon mutual respect. I will approach you as a distinct individual and collaborate with you to develop a personalized healing plan tailored to your specific needs. I will establish a non-judgmental environment where you can engage in therapy in a manner that is comfortable for you, yet challenging enough to foster healing and transformation. We can incorporate play therapy, art therapy techniques, or traditional talk therapy.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, you will receive a warm and empathetic welcome as you share your personal story and aspirations for our therapeutic work together. Following your sharing and acknowledgment, we will collaborate to establish a tailored plan aimed at achieving the objectives you identify for our counseling sessions. Subsequently, we will work in tandem throughout subsequent sessions to transform these goals into tangible realities.
