Hello, and welcome! My name is Faith Beckley, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with licenses in both Colorado and Wisconsin. In my practice, I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I have 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked extensively with children, families, and adults. At this time, I am primarily working with adults and adolescents.

My approach to therapy is rooted in client-centered principles, which means I prioritize your unique experience and perspective, working collaboratively to help you feel empowered and understood.

I integrate mindfulness practices into our work, helping you develop awareness and self-compassion, and together, we will focus on finding practical solutions to the challenges you're facing.

My goal is to support you in discovering the best version of yourself, helping you build the skills and confidence to thrive in your daily life. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or just seeking greater clarity, I’m here to help guide you on your journey toward growth and healing. Our first session will be an introductory session to share your story and what your goals are, review the therapeutic process, and answer any questions you may have.
