Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting women who have recently uncovered the reality of narcissistic abuse in their lives. These courageous individuals often come to therapy feeling a mix of sadness, confusion, fear, and anger—torn between the truth of their experiences and the illusions of their past relationships. Many struggle to identify and express their own needs, often grappling with the effects of codependency.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can process their emotions, rediscover their inner strength, and embark on a journey toward healing and self-empowerment. Together, we explore the dynamics of Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) and the impact of narcissistic abuse, helping clients understand their experiences and grieve the loss of the relationship they once believed they had.

What you can expect from our first session

I empower clients to embrace their independence and validate their feelings and experiences. To further support this transformative journey, I offer an open line of communication—encouraging clients to reach out via text whenever they need a sounding board, whether it’s to share their thoughts, express emotions, or celebrate moments of joy. This ongoing connection provides reassurance and guidance during the more challenging phases of recovery.

I’m here to support you every step of the way.
