Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who helps adults navigate life’s pressures with more clarity and balance. I have a special passion for supporting women, and I also work with men managing depression, anxiety, or relationship concerns. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative, and I use an integrative CBT approach to guide our work. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and equipped to move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in practical, evidence-based tools that help you gain insight and navigate life’s challenges with more confidence. I draw from an integrative cognitive behavioral framework to help you understand the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I also center cultural responsiveness in my work so you feel understood and supported. Together, we’ll build strategies that fit your life and support meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for you to talk about what’s been going on and how it’s affecting you day to day. I’ll explore any symptoms or problematic patterns you’ve noticed so we can get a clear picture of what you need. Many clients feel lighter after this conversation, just knowing they’ve taken the first step. We’ll close by setting a few early goals to guide our work.
