Great to meet you!

I am Faith Enwefah, a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who brings unique expertise, compassion, and empathy to her practice and who specializes in virtual consultations for patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders using evidence-based care.

I am a holistic care provider who considers the whole person, not just their symptoms. My treatment plans consider factors such as medication management, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, psychotherapy, and environmental influences, all with the goal of achieving balance and overall wellness in every aspect of life. My approach is based on the client's unique needs; I understand that each client is different and that there is no "one size fits all" in their treatment. Every treatment is tailored to fit each client's individual needs. I incorporate various techniques and strategies best to support each client's personal growth and well-being.

I provide services to adults who are 18 years old and older.

My approach to therapy

My approach to treatment is based on the client's unique needs; I understand that each client is different and that there is no "one size fits all" in their treatment. Every treatment is tailored to fit each client's individual needs. I incorporate techniques and strategies to support each client's growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

The patients should expect informed, comprehensive, evidence-based care that includes medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, and holistic care. My sessions aim to establish a trusting relationship where clients feel heard and validated. The goals and outcomes at the end of each session often align with the following:

1. Comprehensive Assessment: The patient's goal is to understand their mental health history, current symptoms, and overall well-being. The outcome is for the provider to diagnose and formulate a personalized treatment plan accurately.

2. Psychoeducation: At the end of the session, patients will be educated on mental health disorders, coping strategies, and the treatment process. The outcome of psychoeducation is Empowerment and increasing understanding of mental health, assisting clients to be active participants in their treatment.

3. Goal Setting and Personal Growth: The provider and patient will collaboratively set realistic and measurable goals for their condition and overall well-being. The outcome is for the patient to achieve their personal goals, enhance self-esteem, and feel progress.

My practice creates an environment that is typically nonjudgmental, compassionate, and client-centered. I ensure a safe space where clients can openly express their concerns. I strive to create an atmosphere of collaboration and trust where clients feel supported in their journey toward better mental health.
