Great to meet you!

Hi, it's great to meet you! I'm a licensed professional counselor who believes every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly share your experiences, explore life's challenges, and build the skills needed to create meaningful, lasting change. My professional background includes working as a therapist in private practice, as a Clinical Director, and as a Director of Operations overseeing multiple large residential treatment centers and online counseling platforms. These diverse experiences have given me the opportunity to support individuals from all walks of life while leading teams committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. I look forward to working alongside you.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping individuals navigate life's everyday challenges, including relationship concerns, work-related stress, health issues, grief and loss, major life transitions, and the day-to-day stressors that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Together, we'll identify practical strategies to help you build resilience, improve coping skills, and create a greater sense of balance and well-being. No matter where you are in your journey, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, work, health, and the goals you'd like to accomplish through counseling. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether we're a good fit. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental. You can expect a comfortable environment where you can share at your own pace without feeling pressured. Together, we'll identify your strengths, explore what's contributing to your current challenges, and begin developing a personalized plan to help you move toward the life you want. By the end of the session, you'll have a clearer understanding of what therapy will look like and the next steps we'll take together.
