Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I firmly believe that prioritizing mental health is essential to achieving happiness and stability in life. Taking the step to begin therapy is a courageous and meaningful decision, and I’m honored that you are considering this journey.

I have had the privilege of working with clients across the lifespan, and I am committed to providing a supportive and individualized approach to care.

Together, we will work to build your self-confidence, enhance emotional regulation, and cultivate resilience to effectively navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to empower you with practical tools and insights that foster lasting growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is rooted in person-centered principles, with a specialized focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Every individual has a unique story, and I believe that therapy should be tailored to meet your specific needs. When we choose to work together, I view our relationship as a collaborative partnership focused on your growth and well-being. Open communication and mutual respect are foundational to this process, and I am committed to creating a safe space where you feel heard and valued.

Throughout your therapeutic journey, I will be here to listen attentively, gently challenge you when needed, and provide consistent support as you navigate change and healing.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask some questions to better understand what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and any background that feels important to share. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you, there’s no pressure to open up all at once. This initial conversation also gives you a chance to ask questions, share any concerns, and get a feel for how I work. By the end of the session, we’ll start outlining a plan together based on your goals, and you’ll leave with a clearer sense of what our work might look like moving forward. Most importantly, I want you to know that this is your space, judgment-free, collaborative, and focused entirely on you.
