Great to meet you!

I am a board-licensed therapist specializing in the treatment of trauma and PTSD. I have four years of experience helping adults and adolescents move towards greater confidence and resiliency. In addition to trauma focused work, I specialize in supporting clients in overcoming challenges related to depression, anxiety, and self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

My role is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move toward meaningful change at their own pace. I take a strengths-based, person-centered approach, helping clients recognize and build upon the resources they already possess. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These evidence-based approaches allow me to help clients process trauma, heal emotional wounds, and release limiting beliefs that may be keeping them stuck.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my primary goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable and supported. Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and I aim to always meet you where you’re at. In our first session, I’ll invite you to share your story and discuss the goals that you have for our therapeutic journey together.
