Great to meet you!

My name is Faith Ogala, and I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in New York and Florida. I provide medication management and supportive therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress-related disorders, sleep issues, low motivation, or difficulty coping with daily life.

I take a warm, calm, and collaborative approach. You’ll never feel rushed or dismissed—my goal is to make sure you feel heard, understood, and supported. I enjoy helping patients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves find clarity and confidence again.

I offer flexible telehealth appointments, including evening availability, to make care accessible for people balancing work, school, family, and other responsibilities.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based medication management with practical therapeutic tools. I believe mental health care should be clear, personalized, and grounded in real-life application—not just theory.

You can expect:

  • Judgment-free conversation
  • Clear explanations about treatment options
  • Small, realistic changes that build confidence over time
  • Skills for stress, anxiety, focus, mood, and emotional regulation
  • A space where you feel respected, safe, and empowered

I work collaboratively, checking in often to make sure treatment is helping and adjusting our plan as your needs evolve. Progress doesn’t happen overnight, but it does happen consistently with the right structure and support.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you in—your symptoms, history, lifestyle, stressors, and goals. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. I’ll guide the conversation and make the process comfortable.

By the end of the session, you can expect:

  • A clearer understanding of what may be happening
  • A supportive plan for next steps
  • A safe space to ask questions and explore options

My priority for the first session is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and hopeful that things can improve.
