Great to meet you!

My background includes training in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and family-systems work, supported by formal graduate education in counseling from Bradley University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I prioritize helping individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and behavioral challenges, with a strong focus on building practical skills that support long-term growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and tailored to each person’s needs so that therapy feels meaningful and effective. I specialize in CBT, EMDR, and Mindfulness therapy approaches. These therapy modalities are helpful for reframing unhelpful thought patterns, and addressing trauma experiences. I enjoy being client centered, integrative, and creative with clients throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, calm environment where we take time to get to know what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your goals, your strengths, and any challenges you’re currently facing, while giving you plenty of space to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin outlining a plan that feels manageable and meaningful. My intention is for you to leave that first meeting feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.
