Great to meet you!

Hello. I’m Faith A. Watkins, and I graduated with my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in 2005. I have been a therapist for 20 years, working with many different populations and communities. I specialize in using DBT and CBT and integrate these into the treatment process.

My approach to therapy

I’m here to walk alongside you through life’s challenges with empathy, clinical expertise, and respect for your unique story. Using trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapies like DBT and CBT, I provide practical tools to support your healing journey. My approach honors your emotional experiences, your faith, and your desire for meaningful change. I would be honored to help you find hope, resilience, and wholeness—on your terms.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel safe to explore, grow, and heal. Together, we set practical goals focused on creating emotional balance, healthy relationships, and lasting change.
