Hi there! I am a licensed clinical social worker and board-approved clinical supervisor with 10 years of experience in mental health, crisis response, and client advocacy. I am passionate about helping those who feel unheard or misunderstood, and I strive to create a safe space for all individuals to explore themselves in self-compassionate manner. I believe that Black Lives Matter, Abortion is Healthcare, and science is real. I am a sexual orientation & gender identity (SOGI) aligned therapist, am a kink and polyamory-aware professional (KAP), and promote cultural awareness, health at every size, and breaking free from cishetero-normative constraints.

My practice, Windward Counseling & Consulting, operates from a person-focused approach, which takes into account multiple areas in a person's life and tailors therapeutic interventions and treatment planning to what will best fit each one of our clients. By working together, we will collaborate to create an open environment for you to process your life experiences and relationships, and to discover your unique self and embrace yourself along the way.

Clients can expect a quick review of paperwork so we can ensure we have all up-to-date information & understand limits of confidentiality, a discussion on why they have come to therapy, and information gathering on their life history. From then, we will attempt to establish goals for therapy and come up with a plan for future visits and/or referral to another provider (depending on client needs).
