Great to meet you!

I am a blessed mom of 2 boys, with a loving spouse that supports me, and a world where I get to work with people that want support in their lives. Even with the life I live, there are many challenges that we have to navigate. I have 2 years of experience providing mental health services to the youth of today and because of my personal experinces, I have been able to connect with them and help them grow. All I can ask from my clients is to give me a chance to work with you as you navigate life challenges to find a life that's blessed.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is something that has a flow. I may have an idea in mind for what to talk about, but your daily input is more important. Together we will flow through your emotions while facing opportunities to challenge the way you think and guide you to new possibilities; while managing heightened emotions. I use techniques from art therapy, narrative therapy, strength based and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) as a way to have all the tools in my toolbox that we may need.

What you can expect from me

It's natural to have questions before your first therapy session. Our initial appointment is for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll review important information about the therapy process, discuss any questions you may have, and spend time exploring what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. Together, we'll develop a personalized plan that reflects your goals and supports your journey toward healing and growth.
