Great to meet you!

’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR-trained trauma specialist with over 20 years of experience supporting and restoring families. I help individuals and couples—especially women—navigate trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges while working toward their personal goals. I provide therapy from a faith-based perspective, thoughtfully integrating Christian principles into the healing process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-centered. I specialize in trauma-focused care using EMDR, while also integrating other evidence-based approaches to support healing and lasting change. I work alongside you at a pace that feels right, creating a space that is supportive, structured, and focused on helping you move forward with greater clarity, peace, and restoration. I also provide therapy from a faith-based perspective, thoughtfully integrating Christian principles into the process.

What you can expect from me

n our first session, we’ll take time to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work toward. I’ll gather some background information, answer any questions you may have, and begin to understand your goals. The first session is also about helping you feel comfortable and supported, so you can get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit for you. We’ll move at a pace that feels right and begin laying the foundation for meaningful work together.
