Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're struggling with anxiety, depression, family conflict, anger, or major life changes. You may feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who want to gain clarity, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.

With more than 11 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I help individuals and families navigate anxiety, depression, family issues, anger management, stress, behavioral concerns, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions while building resilience and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering. I believe that by understanding the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors contributing to distress, we can create lasting and meaningful change. Therapy is tailored to each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, and Psychoeducation. Together, we'll identify patterns, build practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop tools that support long-term growth and wellness.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace. During our first sessions, we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, identify your goals, and create a plan that feels manageable and meaningful.

Clients often experience reduced anxiety and stress, healthier family relationships, improved emotional regulation, greater self-confidence, stronger communication skills, and increased resilience. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools that support lasting change.
