Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I specialize in Grief and Loss, Trauma, Transitional/Stress Management, and Child Development. I offer individual and family therapy to adults, adolescence, and young children. I have been in the mental health profession for over 10 years and have held many hats throughout my career.

My approach to therapy

I take on a strength-based, holistic, supportive approach to therapy where we work as a team - you’re the expert on your life and I’m here to help you learn more about yourself and give you the skills that you need to keep moving forward. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Person-Centered, trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, Behavioral Modification, and Psycho-Education modalities with individuals ages 2 and up. However, I tailor my approach to the needs of each client.

What you can expect from me

At every therapy session, we work together to explore your emotional experiences as well as the thoughts and behaviors that may be holding you back from living the life you desire. We then collaborate to identify the change(s) you’re seeking in your life. Then we introduce and empower you with specific tools you can use to build greater self-awareness and self-compassion as well as emotional resilience and healing so you can move closer towards creating a more fulfilling life experience.
