Great to meet you!

Life can become overwhelming in ways that are difficult to explain. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, postpartum concerns, grief, or simply feeling emotionally exhausted, you don't have to navigate it alone.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My experience includes foster care, schools, residential treatment, medical settings, and community mental health, allowing me to support clients through a wide range of emotional and life challenges.

I specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, family conflict, postpartum mental health, pregnancy loss, immigration-related stress, and the lasting effects of abuse or adverse childhood experiences. My practice is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in compassion.

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported—not judged. Together, we'll identify your strengths, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools that help you move toward healing, confidence, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I recognize that every person's story is different, so I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment.

I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, strengths-based interventions, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. I also draw from attachment, family systems, and person-centered approaches when appropriate.

My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience. Therapy is not about "fixing" you—it's about helping you recognize your strengths while creating meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, what's most important to you, and what you hope to achieve through treatment.

There is no pressure to share everything at once. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My priority is to help you feel safe, understood, and respected from the very beginning.

Together, we'll begin identifying goals that fit your needs and create a personalized treatment plan to help you move forward with greater confidence, emotional well-being, and hope.
