I am a License Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have 15 years of experience working as a therapist in bilingual (Spanish-English) settings. I am currently doing exclusively online therapy around the world. I have experience working with adolescent, adults, or couples dealing with different situation such as parenting issues, family stress, divorce, loss, trauma, or adapting to new environments or culture.
I believe in holistic approach fo mental health. I hope a better future and a richer life for each of my clients. I expect my clients to set their own goals and work together in sessions to reach them. I believe the tools I will give you in therapy need to be practice in real life, therefore I usually ask for homework.
