Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Fanny and I love to listen and help others! I have had experience with CBT/ACT techniques and have had some post-grad training in psychoanalysis. I enjoy using classic techniques with a modern and personable approach. Recently I have helped many Gen-Z/ Millennials navigate 'Adulting' issues and work through quarter-life crises. I believe the it is important to have a little fun in the process of navigating life and working towards your goals together in therapy.

My approach to therapy

In my experience, some people need a cheerleader, while others need a good listener, or someone to help them understand themselves and break away from patterns that are no longer serving them. We can work together to explore what you need from sessions. I also believe in having fun. I am not shy about laughing together and enjoy light-hearted moments while navigating deeper topics. I like to use my bubbly personality to leave my clients feeling positive and rejuvenated after each meeting.

What you can expect from me

Clients will take away from talk therapy sessions with me...

-a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.

-a sense of clarity after spending time organizing the various thoughts/feelings that might come up.

-positive, heard and rejuvenated with their goals put into focus.
