Great to meet you!

-Hello! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over five years of experience working with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. Since becoming certified in 2021, I have been dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults (ages 6 and up), and I have experience treating conditions such as ADHD, major depressive disorder (MDD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), PTSD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and panic attacks.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is patient-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe that every individual’s mental health journey is unique, and I work closely with each client to understand their personal experiences, concerns, and goals for treatment.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy while focusing on evidence-based practices. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their thoughts and challenges.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults and have experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions including ADHD, depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and panic attacks. I focus on developing individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, lifestyle support, and coping strategies to help improve overall functioning and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel comfortable sharing their concerns. The initial appointment is focused on getting to know you, understanding your mental health history, and discussing the challenges or symptoms that brought you to seek care.

During this session, I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, which may include discussing your medical history, current symptoms, previous treatments, medications, lifestyle factors, and personal goals for treatment. This helps me gain a full understanding of your needs so we can develop the most appropriate treatment plan.

Together, we will discuss possible diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps. If appropriate, this may include medication management, therapy recommendations, or other supportive strategies to help improve your mental health and daily functioning.

My goal for the first session is to build trust, answer your questions, and begin developing a personalized care plan that supports your well-being and long-term mental health goals.
