Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Fanta—yes, like the soda (and yes, there's a story behind it, but of course it has nothing to do with soda!). With nearly 20 years in the mental health field and over a decade providing therapy, I've walked alongside children, families, couples, and adults as they’ve faced some of life’s toughest moments.

I truly believe that “the struggle you're in today is developing the strength you need for tomorrow.” Life brings challenges, but how we respond to them shapes our path forward. I’ve been there too, and I know how important it is to feel supported as you find your way through.

My goal is to work with you—not for you or around you, but with you—as you build the tools and confidence to navigate whatever life throws your way. We’ll work together to recognize negative thought patterns, build self-compassion, and strengthen your connection with yourself and those around you.

More than anything, I’m here to create a space that feels safe, empathetic, and judgment-free. A space where you can be fully you, speak your truth, and start to heal.

My approach to therapy

I bring a down-to-earth, relatable style to therapy, and I believe that building a trusting relationship is one of the most important parts of the process. Together, we’ll take time to understand where you’re coming from—including how past experiences might be affecting your relationships today. I listen closely to what makes your story unique, so we can meet life’s challenges side by side and move toward healing at your pace.

What you can expect from me

I strive to help my clients develop deeper insight into who they are and who they want to become. In our sessions, you can expect to leave with a sense of relief—not just from talking, but from actually processing and making sense of the emotions that come up. I’m here to walk with you through your journey, offering support and understanding as you work through the tough stuff. While therapy is no easy path, with time, openness, and a collaborative effort, we’ll work together to create a life that feels more true to you and what you want for yourself.
