Great to meet you!

Welcome, my name is Dr. Jabouin, and I am a License Marriage and Family Therapist. My background is very diverse where my experiences range from working in school systems, Substance use programs/facilities, court systems, psychiatric hospital and community based behavioral programs. I have a Master's and Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University with a concentrated certificate in Medical Family Therapy.

My approach to therapy

As a Bilingual therapist (English/Creole), I work from a trauma informed lens using a solution focused approach. I work collaboratively with clients to find the best solutions for their healing journey. My goal is to allow the client to explore their unique life story in order to create useful changes for their life's pursuits. I offer a non-judgmental and safe space that clients can reflect, challenge, and transform.

What you can expect from me

After a session with me clients will be more attune to their needs for change. Collaboratively working with me, the client will tap into their own personal resources and strengths to build self affirming relationships.
