Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I received my master's degree in Marriage in Family Therapy from USC (University of Southern California). I have 8 years of experience working with adults in various therapeutic settings. I got into this field because I love human connection and to help people - two birds with one stone!

My approach to therapy

I help adults navigate conflicts that may arise from cultural differences, such as generational gaps, familial/parental/relationship expectations, and cultural identity issues from your cultural lens and framework.

I also work with adults experiencing depression and anxiety by working with you to change unhelpful thought patterns, behaviors, and beliefs to overcome barriers and achieve your therapy goals.

What you can expect from me

I truly believe that therapy is a rare space where it is unapologetically about you! A setting where you can be raw and authentic without concern how someone else will handle it. This is the type of environment and feeling I want my clients to experience - genuine and cathartic.

With this environment, it will set the tone to create realistic and measurable therapy goals, develop and identify the mental and emotion tools to utilize, and have frequent discussions about progress while also troubleshooting any barriers. Clients can expect a safe, comfortable environment, decrease in symptoms and increase in personal growth.
