Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist with a relational, warm, and compassionate style, meeting clients where they are while encouraging growth defined by their own values. I specialize in perinatal and reproductive mental health, relationship distress, and mood and anxiety disorders, and I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe and grounding space where clients can become more present with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and feel empowered in their daily lives. I work collaboratively with clients navigating challenges in their romantic, familial, or work relationships, and together we explore ways to set healthy boundaries, improve communication, cultivate mindfulness, and build emotional awareness. I incorporate confidence-building techniques, mindfulness practices, and radical acceptance as key strategies to support lasting and meaningful change.

I am especially passionate about supporting new mothers as they navigate matrescence, the profound identity shift that comes with motherhood. My approach to perinatal and postpartum work focuses on helping mothers identify sources of support, strengthen self-esteem, process ongoing transitions, and find balance in this transformative stage of life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to see if I’m the right fit for your needs. My approach to an intake is narrative and conversational. I’ll invite you to share your story, your background, and what brings you to therapy, along with your hopes and goals for the future. We’ll also explore the areas in your life that feel challenging right now and reflect on what it might look like to be the best version of yourself. My intention is for you to feel safe, seen, and comforted during this first meeting, and to leave with a sense of possibility about the work we can do together to support your growth and well-being.
