I work collaboratively with clients navigating challenges in their romantic, familial, or work relationships, and together we explore ways to set healthy boundaries, improve communication, cultivate mindfulness, and build emotional awareness. I incorporate confidence-building techniques, mindfulness practices, and radical acceptance as key strategies to support lasting and meaningful change.
I am especially passionate about supporting new mothers as they navigate matrescence, the profound identity shift that comes with motherhood. My approach to perinatal and postpartum work focuses on helping mothers identify sources of support, strengthen self-esteem, process ongoing transitions, and find balance in this transformative stage of life.
