Great to meet you!

With 20+ years of experience, I specialize in identifying and treating psychological disorders. I have worked with children, teens, and adults to help manage issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship conflicts. In addition, with experience in private and public practice assessing clients from all areas of Los Angeles, my cross-cultural perspective allows me to build a trusting relationship with persons of diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

My approach to therapy

In offering person-centered therapy, I provide my clients with a non-judgemental, compassionate, and supportive environment to help guide them toward self-actualization. I believe every person can determine the best solutions for their unique selves when given the opportunity to take the lead and develop trust in making their own decisions.

What you can expect from me

Therefore, rather than offering advice, I direct questions to help the client explore their own issues, feelings, and behaviors. I guide clients to manage their problems, adopt healthy coping techniques, and establish a stronger sense of identity, all of which serve to support the client through difficult life changes.
