Great to meet you!
I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up fully as you are without needing to perform, hide, or have everything figured out. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and have already done a lot of inner work but still find themselves feeling stuck in patterns related to anxiety, trauma, relationships, or intmacy. I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health and specialize in trauma-informed care. I treat people with a history of CPTSD or other forms of trauma utilizing evidence based practices. My style is warm, collaborative, and curious. Together we’ll slow things down, make sense of what your mind and nervous system have been carrying, and help you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside in order to survive. I believe healing happens not just through insight, but through experiencing safety, honesty, and self-compassion in the therapeutic relationship.
