Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of New Jersey. I graduated with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University and I have undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Psychodynamic Counseling and CBT. I have over 9 years of experience working with clients who are dealing with substance use disorders along with a variety mental health concerns ranging from depression to bereavement.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Person Centered Therapy. I meet clients where they are at and help them reach their goals and provide coping skills and tools they can use on a daily basis.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to provide a warm and empathic environment where my clients feel comfortable to share their concerns and collaborate with me to work on their goals. I also like to check in to see where my client are with their progress and discuss any obstacles that are preventing from reaching these goals.
