Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in self-doubt, or navigating a season of change that feels heavier than expected, you’re not alone. You might be trying to balance relationships, identity, and life transitions like marriage, motherhood, or even divorce, while quietly carrying anxiety or uncertainty about what comes next. I work with women and couples who are ready to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and feel more grounded and confident in their lives. With a Master’s degree in Counseling and experience supporting clients through these deeply personal challenges, I offer a space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to move forward with clarity and intention.

My clinical work has focused on supporting women navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I also specialize in premarital counseling, helping couples build strong, healthy foundations rooted in communication, trust, and shared values. I have experience working with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and understand how cultural and personal experiences shape the way we move through life and relationships. For clients who desire it, I also offer therapy that thoughtfully integrates Islamic values and perspectives, creating a space that feels aligned with both your emotional and spiritual needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. Together, we’ll explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships so you can better understand what’s been holding you back and what’s ready to shift. I balance deeper reflection with practical tools to help you manage anxiety, build confidence, and navigate life transitions with more clarity and intention. Therapy with me is not about judgment or quick fixes — it’s about creating a space where you feel safe to be honest, supported in your growth, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes that feel true to you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You may not know exactly where to begin, and that’s okay. In our sessions, you can expect a calm, supportive environment where you can show up as you are, no pressure, no expectations. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on what matters most in your life right now. Over time, many clients begin to feel more clear, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. You may notice a shift in how you relate to your thoughts, your relationships, and your sense of direction.
