I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in care across the lifespan treating clients with ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, PTSD and sleep disorders. Together, we explore the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence mental health to develop a personalized treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, lifestyle strategies, and ongoing support.
During your first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a safe, collaborative space where you can feel heard and supported. I’ll ask about your current concerns, your mental health history, and your goals for treatment. This helps me understand what’s bringing you in and how I can best support you.
We’ll also discuss your treatment options, which may include therapy, medication, or a combination of both. I’ll answer any questions you have and explain my approach so you know what to expect moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling understood, informed, and hopeful about the path ahead.
