Great to meet you!

I strive to provide a holistic and culturally sensitive space where an individual can find healing. My Approach draws heavily from Liberation-Based Psychology, Anti-oppression, & social justice. I have an Intersectional lens as well as a strong awareness & sensitivity to an individual's various identities and how they are perceived in the world.

My approach to therapy

I have a strong focus on family of origin and processing generational trauma. Analyzing family of origin, immigration history and how Colonialism has played a role in individual and family lives help heal historical and generational wounds

What you can expect from me

I believe that personal and relational problems are often linked to broader social issues, systemic oppression and family of origin. I want to help those that are struggling to live in an unjust world by aligning to make positive, necessary changes.
