Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who believes therapy is a true collaboration built on trust, mutual respect, and safety. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, anger and impulse challenges, grief, identity, relationship dynamics, and the many transitions of women's lives, including pregnancy, postpartum, and maternal mental health. Whatever brings you in, my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is individually tailored and grounded in evidence-based practice. Depending on what you need, I'll meet you where you are and adapt as your goals evolve.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you, not putting you on the spot. Together, we'll clarify what you're hoping to change, explore the patterns getting in the way, and start building practical tools you can use right away to create meaningful, lasting growth.
