Hello and thank you for visiting! I have over 15 years of experience and specialize in treating individuals bipolar disorder. I help my clients learn about their mental health challenges, to develop successful techniques for managing their symptoms and most importantly foster a growth that catapults them into defying supposed limitations and ultimately thriving! I know the magic of this transformation firsthand as I have been living and thriving with bipolar disorder myself! I truly believe in the sentiment that a healer is not someone who you go to for healing, but someone who triggers within you, your own ability to heal yourself!

I have an eclectic approach when working with my clients and I very much tailor the orientation and interventions based off of my client's needs and preferences. Bipolar is a such a broad spectrum disorder which requires a customized therapeutic process. I do think that the most important element however is our connection as connection is the basis of my ability to walk with you on your journey of healing.

For our first session, I will essentially be focusing on getting to know you! I will gather information regarding your history and current functioning in different areas of your life. I will ask you about your objectives and begin to discuss with you ways in which I can support you in your evolvement. We will start to come up with a game plan and focus on a growth mindset.
