Great to meet you!

I work with women, teens, and families who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. Many of my clients are used to being strong for everyone else while quietly carrying stress, relationship strain, trauma, or the pressure of holding everything together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, honest, and empowering. I’ll sit with you in hard moments, but I’ll also help you build practical tools for real-life change. I integrate trauma-informed, cognitive, and body-based techniques to help clients regulate their nervous systems, improve communication, and feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally connected.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope will change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a clear picture of your experiences, strengths, and goals. You can expect a safe, structured environment where you feel heard without judgment. By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying practical next steps so you leave with direction and clarity.
