Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and families as both a teacher and school counselor across K–12 settings. That background gives me a unique understanding of how mental health, relationships, family dynamics, behavior, executive functioning, and school can all intersect.
Today, I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults. I especially enjoy supporting clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships, parenting, school or college challenges, and life transitions... from growing up and gaining independence to careers, relationships, marriage, and early family life.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University–College Station and my Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling from Angelo State University.
Outside of the credentials, I’m a real person in the therapy room. I value humor, authenticity, connection, and creating a space where you don’t feel like you have to say the “right” thing. My goal is for therapy to feel comfortable and human while still helping you do meaningful work.
